RT shareholders approved the dividend payment at 0.014 baht per share and RT-W1 at 5:1 -

Dr. Songpope Polachan, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Chawalit Tanomtin, Chief Executive Officer, together with the Board and the Management of Right Tunnelling Public Company Limited (RT) held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2022. The resolution was resolved to pay dividend at 0.014 Baht per share, the dividend payout ratio at 41.71% of the net profit on May 24, 2022. The issuance of RT-W1 was also determined at ratio of 5:1. The annual performance report for the year 2021 was presented at Silk Room 1, Floor 2, BITEC Bangna Exhibition and Convention Center.
